We used this company to reglaze our tub and bathroom tile. We had issues from the beginning where spots were missed so they had to come back to get to those areas. I did notice that the surface didn't seem to be prepped correctly, the glaze was sprayed over dust and now the surface is not smooth. After a few months, the paint has chipped and peeled in many areas- even areas we do not touch like behind a soap dish handle. It is to the point where I cannot properly clean the tub because I feel the paint is so delicate. I reached out to the company and the only option they provided was to have someone come back to repair it. I asked to have someone different come as I was not happy with the initial results. I was assured that someone else would be sent to do the work. This was a lie, the same worker came back and did not even cover all the issues. I have 0% confidence in the product and the process they use to apply it. The communication with this company is not great, as I had been told someone would come and they do not show up- no one called to let me know I had to reach out. When I reached out with my concerns I would have to follow up multiple times as I would not get a response on the first reach out. This type of work should last 5 years and this company's work didn't even last 5 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone- save your money.
